I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.An attempt to set up an appointment has already been made. When I called I was told I didn't need to set up appointment, that I just come in and will be fixed by the girl on the phone. Explained that I would like to set up the appointment so there was no issues. That's what led to the issue when I arrived and was told by one of the owners that it will not be done. Then when I got upset was told to leave and never come back. Was told they would never touch my car. When I wrote a review about my experience they owner responded in disrespectful ways. Telling my friends they don't need them as customers. Calling my family trash and even sharing pictures of my family saying we are Internet bathers on the buisness Facebook page. Making fun of the car I drive because it doesn't meet his expectations. Even the second car I had done that day had issues with the window tint but I don't think that would be getting fixed either. They claim I told the owner to fk off and that they have a audio recording of it, but yet it is no where to be found and I have a witness who was with me to agree that I never said that. The owner just disrespectfully did not wanna claim his communication issue with whoever I talked to on the phone and walked away telling me not to come back. Then I got the other owner disrespecting my car, my family, and my friends on his personal, and buisness Facebook, and even instagram. So if your trying to offer me a fix in front of someone to look like you tried, understand why I would not hand you the keys to my personal vehicle I work hard to pay for. You already told me I'm trash and so is my family, and that my car isn't good enough for you so you think I would feel comfortable going to your buisness? The buisness yoy claim that doesn't need customers? And yes I have screenshots to back up everything I just said.

We are extremely concerned when a client has anything less than a perfect experience, and under no circumstance should any of our clients feel that they were in any way disrespected. Any communication with a client not within normal business hours is simply not tolerated and this employee has been disciplined succintly.  If this client has any issues with the product and/or services provided by Stereo1one we will be more than happy to fulfill our obligations within the manufactures warranty period, and our own lifetime warranty on installation. Again we strive to deliver excellent customer service with quality installations and we sincerely apologize if we fell short on delivering that obligation. Please call  [redacted], so we may resolve any issues this client may be experiencing. Again we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this client may have experienced.

We do offer a lifetime warranty on our installation, and when we were made aware of the issue, we offered to fix it, but the vehicle was never brought back to us. We would be more than happy to fix any issues we might have caused, and would pay for damages, but we were never allowed the opportunity...

to fix anything. We are not able to warranty work once someone else works on it.
