When I ordered a new cell phone (on Oct 2018), I was told that my old cell phone could be traded in for $When I received the new phone (on Oct 2018) I was told that I had to call Verizon and request the $My wife called Verizon and was told that the $promotion ended on September Verizon would give me only $for the old phoneI called the Team Wireless office manager to complain and I was told I expect a call back the next dayNow it has been more than a week and I have not gotten a call back
