Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I did receive a check from Maple Leaf on 7/13/ The check was dated 7/12/& was shoved into my locked mailbox (not by USPS) The check was for the full amount of my security deposit, and I cashed it on 8/5/without issue I am unsure if this company had any intention of completing my request prior to getting the Revdex.com involved, but I am grateful to have this issue resolved! The tenants lease ended Apr 30. The deposit refund and breakdown of charges has been mailed out, but it was after the 30 days. We had to wait for the final water bills which are the tenants responsibility to come through, this just happened on the 31st. I apologize that we were not in touch sooner...

to let you know we were still waiting for final charges so we could accurately calculate the refund. It should arrive in the next day or so to the forwarding address you provided. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for being a great tenant.
