Review: In June 2011 I contracted Marcus Pavers to install a patio and staircase. The last day on installation there were severe down pours. The company insisted on finishing the job and return the next day to reinstall the sealant and sand that was being washed away during the installation. I have been very patient with the company sending them emails every summer to PLEASE come out and reseal my pavers. Today, my pavers are lifted and broken in several pieces. Here is a copy of the email correspondent with the owner of the company on 5/**:

Appointment to address modification and signing of contract along with 1/3 deposit for materials required.

Start date determined. (pending weather delays)

Anytime, if your going be in the area before Friday you can pick up the Final Check then. Also, some of the stairs close to the wall don’t have sand filler. Did you put a water protector coat on the porch?

I am actually in the area Thursday afternoon. Does that work for you? Also the sand filler we used is water resistant. If there is some missing by the stairs I can fill it when I come.

Today is 6/**/2015 and he has not shown up to fix the my pavers. I called him two months ago and he remember me and said he would contact me the next sunny day!!Desired Settlement: I'm requesting half of my payment back since it was a half done job...
