Their customer rep was rude and was not willing help us figure out the problem to try remedy. Once I accused her of having bad customer service she instantly changed her tone. I was constantly referred to as "Hun". Very unprofessional. I had to contact the manger and only then did I recieve the help and felt like I was heard out. I would not recommend this company until they get some customer service training for their employees.
