SCAM Parked at a business and was booted in their parking lot. Was essentially held ransom by a boot on my car. Wouldn't listen to the fact that I was there in the parking lot legally, with a reciept from the business to prove it. Refused to remove the boot unless paid 80.00 right there on the spot.
