Bear came to our home mid-December We were having plumbing problems He was totally professional and extremely knowledgeableI needed a new toilet, he not only shared his opinions of different brands, he recommended one that he had installed in his father's home When I eagerly ordered this via my computer, He made the pifor me and installed my Wonderful ToiletHe also addressed our other plumbing problem and routed our outside drain line He even went up on our roof to check for plumbing vent problems and also gave us roofing advice (we have a leak) As I said before, this man is knowledgeable and very capableI would absolutely recommend him Oh, yes-his prices are definitely fairI have a new plumber, yea!
A year ago I moved into a year old home, built on a slab and have been dealing with water pressure/temp issues It was difficult to find someone willing to take on the mystery/source of these issues until I called Bear Not only did I get a quick response to my initial inquiry but he was more than willing to explain his work in detail This was a difficult project because the fix wasn't obvious due to the pipes underneath the slab Bear and Jordan, his co-worker, worked long hours and were a pleasure to deal with I really appreciated his approach to finding the source of the problem Had I gone with another local plumbing company I would have had holes in my walls and the problem would have remained undetected I will use Bear's Home Improvements for all my plumbing and home improvement needs...great people!
