Hello,Attached please find attachments regarding this case All attached townhomes have a 1" air gap between partition walls ***'s frozen pipes are in a laundry room that is connected to an outside wall This townhouse was passed by the city of Rosemount inspectors on all
areas building, plumbing, heating, insulation,electrical etc in order to receive the Certificate of Occupancy Plumbers had insulation wrapped around pipes prior to them freezing We advised homeowners to keep their laundry/mechanical door open and keep laundry room heated well Having -degrees for days causes these minor issues but it can be fixed by homeowner keeping their laundry room heated well Please also note that while this home was a model for years, we never had any issues with freezing pipes as the laundry room door remained open. *1st attachment- All email communication with ***.*Mark Elliot Homes Warrenty Guidelines.*BAM Warrenty Guidelines.
