A Scam
This company is a scam. There is not a phone number or email to call and they make it difficult to book your trip. I had to beg for weeks to get a confirmation email. They also wIt until 30 days before your trip to confirm. That is a joke-it takes time to plan airfare and book activities. This company is just banking on the fact that most people will give up and they can just pocket your money.

No response
I won a free Vegas Trip from my local matress store. I followed the steps to the "requestmytrip" website and inputed the information. After submitting, it stated I would receive a email response within 5 days. I have not received anything in my inbox or spam. What should I do?

We won a trip from this company, with a few destination choices availableI was skeptical, assuming it must be a time-share offer or somethingI was pleasantly surprised, that while the process to claim and register for the trip was a little unusual (a deposit is required with the reservation order), I thought "what the heck?" You have to be flexible with your dates, book weekdays, etcbut everything went very well Even when I had to change my original dates, my call was returned and the situation handled professionally We selected Las Vegas - The hotel was modest, but niceThe staff treated us well, with no hassle or weird looks when I presented my voucher The whole experience went very well, I checked out with a zero balance and a few weeks after my stay, I received my deposit back, as promised I would recommend this company and just remind the traveler to be patient and flexible -- after all, how can you argue with FREE? I hope I win this trip again!

Great asset to my business The vacations r a fabulous give awayHighly recommended

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: They hung up on me without any explainationI was not abusive The southwest fare rates were so much lower thsn than their inflated rates of for two people round trip I will not accept this case as closed until after my free trip is completed and I have received my dollar refund is in my account I am also waiting for my discount coupon book Regards, D [redacted] ***

I'm a business owner and I was sold these trips to giveaway to my clients for rewards and also my employeesI wanted to try it out first before giving them away just to make sure it's realAfter spending almost for trips I was told one thing and in writing it said another Come to find out I have to pay to go to Mexico and the hotels are and starI looked them up and I was not pleasedThe two star rooms are only -per nightWho wants to go on vacation and stay in that!!! Especially a trip you thought was going to be nice and luxuriousThey have that to offer but you pay the difference which range between 200-per nightThis is how they get youSo not worth itJust book a cruise and save the headache of trying to deal with this companyI'm not saying it's not a real company but it's truly a pain in the *** with all these rules and formsSave your money peopleI hope this review finds its way to help people

We did attempt times in March to contact Ms*** as she requested on her reservation request. We have made a reservation for MsGonyo for the dates that she requested and have e-mailed a letter of confirmation to her

We received Ms***'s reservation request on 1/30/15. We sent her an e-mail acknowledging receipt and informing her the reservation would be processed to days prior to her requested dateHer requested date was 5/12/We made a reservation for her at one of the hotels we hold a
contract with in Las Vegas and on 3/10/we sent Ms*** a confirmation of that reservation for check in 5/12/15, which is indeed approximately days priorMs*** obviously did not get that e-mail on 3/10/15, or it went to her junk mail or was deleted, which I presume caused her to initiate this complaint with the Revdex.comUpon receiving this complaint we immediately resent the e-mail to her confirming her reservationShe has received that e-mail, because she has since contacted us requesting a change in location which we have accommodated as well as upgrading her room for this inconvenience

I did not receive good service with marketing concepts I won a trip to Vegas back in like october if and I submitted my reservations request for feb in december of and as of today I still have not received a response other than a letter that contained my casino benefit fun book my trip expired at the end of february so I am out the money I spent on the reservations request and the money I spent on the buy plane ticket get free It is only a total of about dollars but I am still very disappointed!!

I need my money orders back if you guys denied my trip claiming it expired 8-8-18 but my brochure says 8-31-18 ...you guys are a scam. How do you send all my paperwork with my brochure but not my money? I will take legal action if needed it says my money is refundable so send me my money since I got no trip

Our Office Manager would beg to differ. However, participating in a "he said, she said" situation is counterproductive. As per Ms. Zolno's request we issued a refund yesterday for the remaining $30.00 reservation deposit in an effort to bring a close to this matter. Her hotel reservation for 10/16/16 is still intact and will remain so and we have already paid for it. To reiterate to our first response, we have no control over the pricing for airfares with Companion Air. However, after checking again on their site prior to writing this, we found the lowest price they offered for Ms. Zolno's route and travel dates to still be $183.50 round trip per person, not $250.00 per person as she claims.

We received Ms. Z[redacted]'s reservation request on 7/16/16 and she was requesting to check in at one of the hotels we work with on 10/16/16. Two days after receiving her request we sent her an e-mail acknowledging our receipt of her request and informing her we would process her reservation 45 to 60...

days before her check in date. On 8/16/16 she contacted our office and spoke with our office manager stating she had not yet received her hotel confirmation. Our manager collected the info to pass on to the reservations dept. She said that Ms. Z[redacted] was verbally abusive to her, using foul language, to the point where our manager informed her that she was disconnecting the call, which she did. On 8/17/16 we made the reservation for Ms. Z[redacted] and on 8/18/16 e-mailed confirmation to her. In regards to her complaint regarding the companion airfare, we only distribute the air vouchers and they are fulfilled by another company, Companion Airfare, and we have no input in regards to their pricing. As these vouchers are not our product, we do not sell them, they are given away along with purchase of our product, which is the hotel accommodation. In an attempt to maintain good cust svc, we have refunded Ms. Z[redacted] the $16.95 processing fee that she was requesting on 8/18/16. However, we did check with Companion Air and for the dates she is travelling and the cities to and from, their lowest price was $367.00 round trip for two people. We then checked Southwest and their anytime fares are $1035.00 for two people. In regards to the other $30.00 Ms. Z[redacted] is requesting we refund, that is a fully refundable deposit upon completion of her stay which is simply a guarantee for the hotel reservation. The only way she would lose that is if she is a no show at the hotel and has not contacted us previously to cancel her reservation.

We had been in contact with Mr. E[redacted] regarding his request for a refund. He was informed that our return for refund policy is full refund up to thirty days from the date of purchase. He first contacted us approximately sixty days after his purchase. He was informed that we would do what we could...

to try and accommodate him. At that point he had the merchandise and it had not been returned. We finally came to an agreement last week on 10/22/15 with Mr. E[redacted] and issued him a partial refund and also allowing him to keep the merchandise. We refunded the exact amount that Mr. E[redacted] requested.

I am rejecting this response because:
They hung up on me without any explaination. I was not abusive.  The southwest fare rates were so much lower thsn than their inflated rates of 500 for two people round trip.  I will not accept this case as closed until after my free trip is completed and I have received my 30 dollar refund is in my account.  I am also waiting for my discount coupon book.

Been doing business with this company for the past 2 years! Nothing but good customer service and help when you need it! Highly recommended!

I agree with all of the previous reviews here. Marketing Concepts is a SCAM. Avoid at all cost. I WON this "free" trip for 2 to Las Vegas only to find out that the airfare cost is only $15.00 less than if I booked directly with the airline. When I called them on it, they said the deal was 2 tickets for one low price - and their price was lower than the airlines.
What they do is inflate the base price of the fare for the one you buy to cover the cost of the 2nd ticket. So for a ticket that would cost $345 from the airline (including taxes) they charge $541 and then add the taxes on to both tickets. Shame on them for their advertising, shame on me for falling for this scam and shame on the establishment where I "WON" this trip for promoting this as a way to drive business.

This has been one of the most complicated trips to book. Its been over a month in a half trying to book a trip. If you use this company read every detail before sending them stuff, because it will take weeks for them to send it back. For that reason I will not be able to go this year. I won this trip from work and if I would have known it was this hard I would have just thrown it in the trash!

I just booked my "free trip" and successfully got a room booked and received the voucher package. Plenty of caveats; Since I will be in Vegas a Thursday thru the weekend, only one night was free (Thursday) at there option of hotel, meaning, I will have to switch hotels the following day. Also, they make you put multiple options for hotels, and they gave me my second option. The hotel for the night, which I checked on Orbitz, was at maximum $70 (this is the only amount that this company is actually putting forward). I just received the "voucher" yesterday which I thought was going to be the better value of this entire "free trip", but all it is, is the 24/7 free magazine, actually, here is the link to the exact voucher I received..
http://247vegas.com/issues/2017/june/booka/index.html
I will most likely end up cancelling my room reservation because I would rather stay at one hotel thru the weekend, and one hotel of my choice. I have sent the required $30 cashiers check to them, which I hope they do not cash, and if they do, they will be profiting $30 from me for my "free trip". Its sad that this company has probably excited many people when they win these "free trips" only to let them down completely and make them deal with all the headaches. It is not even worth redeeming...also, I never write reviews, I do read reviews and I am very critical of negative reviews because many people are more prone to write a negative review from a one time bad experience. In most cases, this voucher is probably not worth it and more of a hassle than anything.
