Marshall Insulation

We recently hired Marshall Insulation to seal the attic envelope, ducting and increase the insulation to R49 from the old R20. From the time Darwin provided an in-depth proposal and review of what should be done as well as some options that could be done until Jeff came in to complete the rebate paperwork and test the system for integrity we were extremely impressed. Carlos and Charles arrived first thing (07:00) in the morning and worked solidly until the job was completed. They found several ducts that were barely held together correcting this as they went. The value for the money was excellent especially since we will see a return on the installation costs within a few years. Great job folks and keep up your good works.

We purchased a 35 year old home last year and it desperatley need help with the insulation. The blown insulation wasnt even as thick as the 2x4's in the attic if there was any at all above some areas of the home. We had quotes from local vendors to fix the problem with radiant barrier, more blown insulation or spray foam. We selected Marshall Insulation and decided to spray foam the attic. They offered a great price and it sounded like they really knew about insulation. Once the job was completed it was amazing to go in the attic during the summer and have it be only a few degrees warmer than the living areas in the home. Even better than that was our power bills during our second summer in the home were nearly half what they were during our first summer. The rooms all maintain their temperatures better, the AC doesnt run all day long and with the blown insulation removed the house is even cleaner with less dust coming in from the attic. We would recommend Marshall to anyone. It was a great service for a great price and will save us money for years to come.

We had Marshall come out to inspect our insulation, which has never been replaced. Our house is 25 years old. We decided to have them use the spray foam insulation after reading about it and assessing our problems and needs. Their crew came in and removed ALL the batting, cleaned the attic, and then sprayed for 3 days. Because there were some "communication" issues, Marshall bent over backwards to make up for that. We not only appreciated their efforts, but more importantly, enjoyed the people we dealt with and the quality of the work. We look forward to the energy savings. The cleanliness in the house due to less dust particles has already been observed.

We had a very positive experience from the initial quote to the completion of the work. The job entailed adding insulation to the attic and installing air vents in two bedrooms which had limited airflow from the original build. The installers where efficient and did a very good job of cleaning up after the job was completed.

I was referred to Marshall Insulation by the utility after seeing an advertisement about energy audits. Marshall Insulation was very accommodating to my busy schedule when scheduling the audit.

On the day of the audit they showed up on-time and left no trace.

I elected to have them seal my duct-work, add more insulation in the attic, install radiant barrier and install sun screens on the windows. The work was completed in less than a week and I'm seeing big improvements on my utility bill.
