Review: My chrysler intrepid stoped all of a sudden on the road the martinez shop towed my car to there business on 3rd ave. I was told by the mechanic that it was the fuel pump and that I had to buy a new one. So I went and bought it from the wrecking yard for almost $100, which is non refundable it is able to replace it with a new part. So, they take out the fuel pump from my car and they put the wrecking yards in and it did not start. So they told me it was not the fuel pump and that they were going to charge me another $95.00 to take the wrecking yards fuel pump out of my car and put the old one in. So, all together they want me to pay almost $200 for no work done to my car. It will be exactly the same as when they towed it to there shop. I want them to put my fuel pump back on, so I can return it and exchange it for the part that is needed for my car. I can not loose money because the martinez shop guesses what is wrong with the car, instead of knowing and checking it. I would like to take my car to a mechanic that knows what he or she is doing, instead of guessing.Desired Settlement: I just want my old fuel pump back in my car, to take it with a mechanic that know what he is doing.
