This customer must have not understood or researched the product before purchasing to see if it would be compatible with his phoneFor this I apologizeI will not apologize for the manner in which he has communicated with us via emailWe received an email from him wanting to return the item after stating he had used it and that some of the features were not able to be used with his phoneWe replied back that all returns must be one hundred percent brand new in unopened package - this is our posted return policyThe customer responded back and started to spit venom in his emailsWe have no remorse for someone that thinks they are above everyone else and must be catered to by using threats, belittling us, and angerWe tried to give him a solution and his actions back to us lead us with no choice but to not communicate anymore with this man and offer no return for the product

This company is not trustworthy and the "owner" has made it clear he will go above and beyond to lie about his conversation in order to look goodI will keep the product and lose out on the money rather than deal with him any further
I have attached a screenshot of the conversation as well as the saved PDF (print from gmail) for proof and you can see clearly that I was never malicious or unprofessionalI have also provided screenshots of the companies changed website; the "owner" known as "Mike" changed his return policy just to make sure he didnt have to refund meLuckily, I took a screenshot and sent that in the prior emailsYou can see when I mention the Revdex.com and my Credit Card that he quickly has a change of heart
