Tell us why here...We are sorry that Ms*** *** is not completely satisfied with our service, because as a family own and operated business, we understand customers needs and strive hard to assure that our customers receive quality serviceOur salespeople and contractors always explain in
detail all the work that is going to be performed to customers and make sure they are satisfied and agree with the contractMoreover, we never ask for any kind of advance paymentFull payment is made until all the work has been completed and the customer is fully satisfied with the final results of their projectOur sellers and contractors are very fair with their estimates to ensure that our customers do not spend their money on unnecessary repairs, especially when a customer is in low budget and paying out of pocket like in Ms*** ***'s caseHer fascia was inspected twiceIt was first inspected by our roofing sales representative who found it to be in good condition and did not need to be replacedThen, per Ms*** ***’s request, her fascia was inspected a second time, because she claims to have talked to our workers when they were working on her roof and had told her that the fascia was rottenWe're not sure what happened between her and the workers but because of this, our roofing contractor, ***, inspected her fascia again along with Ms*** *** and showed her the fascia and explained to her in detail that her fascia was in good condition and did not need replacementShe agreed with this and with her approval the roof project was completedA couple of days after the work was completed and paid, she called us to tell us that she still thought that the fascia was rotten and that she was going to call another contractor to check it and if this contractor did not find anything wrong with her fascia, she was going to hire another contractor that would tell her that her fascia was rottenNow Mrs*** *** is stating that she did hired a contractor and told her that her fascia is rotted? In regards to the gutters, as she already knew,they are not included on the contractThe customer did not mention that she wanted gutters installed when the estimate was doneOur salesperson reviewed the contract with her before signing, so she already knew that the quote was only for the roofAlso, our roofer contractor, ***, went personally to do the final inspection and to collect payment and she never mentioned anything about gutters not being installed or any other concernsMoreover, Ms*** *** had a period of days after signing contract to review it and reject it if she was not satisfiedShe also had a couple of weeks, before we started her project, to review it again and inform us of any questions, concerns, or if she wanted additional repairs for an extra chargePower Roofing has fully performed all of its contractual obligations with Ms*** ***'s roofing project, as a result,we considered that there is nothing to be resolved or settledThank you

This complaint has been resolved. It was resolved directly with the customer on November 01,2016. We repaired her chimney to stop water leak.
