We had home owners ins and the times I used the recommended companies they always were stating that our was not maintained properly by us such cleaning the coils. We got tired and of using these companies through home owner ins. So we call Mast Air. They serviced our air conditioner from then on . We were selling our home and the day we signed the papers to close the house , one of the 2 units went out. So I called Mast air and they came out @ 6pm at night and tried to fix it. It was gone I was so upset on having to buy a brand new unit for a house I was not going to own anymore. They got us a new unit in with in 2 days and they were very kind knowing we were about to move. The price was very competitive. [redacted] was very kind and also the technician. Thank you Mast Air that's why we continue to have them service our air conditioner till this day.

My wife an I have been dealing with AC issues for over 5 summers. We've maintained a home warranty as security for our aging unit. Historically we've had to use the warranty for AC repairs one to two times each summer dating back to 2010. We've seen a number of HVAC techs over the years. Over the 4th of July weekend we again had issues. The work order was assigned Mast Air. No one, I mean no one cared about their clients and operated in such a professional manner as the team from Mast. The tech from Mast was able to find a coil leak that couldn't be fixed for two weeks - unacceptable in the Arizona heat. Mast pressured the home warranty company to pay for a new unit and were successful.

My wife and I have a 6 month old daughter so being up-rooted from our home for an extended period of time is very stressful. However, Mast Air was able to order and install our unit in 48 hours. The owner Chris and technician Joseph were in touch with us every step of the way making sure that my family was being taken care of. The install went like clockwork and I owe it all to Chris and Joseph. Mast Air gets my highest recommendation when it comes to HVAC companies in the Valley. I've never dealt with such an honest and professional team that actually cared about the well being of my family. Thank you Mast Air!

Mast Air was recommended to me by a friend a church. Our AC system was very old and needed repair. The Mast Air service tech. was very professional and courteous to my wife as I was unable to be present during the service call. They fixed the unit and informed us it would only be a matter of time before something else broke. When that next brake happened the VP himself showed up with coolers of ice and a portable ac unit to cool the house until arrangements could be made to install a new unit. Customer service has been superior from Mast Air. One of the best things is that our appointment was made for 7:30am and the tech. pulled up right at 7:30 and got busy. Love it when businesses do what they say they're to do!

My family had Mast Air install two new A/C units for our two story home in February 2015. In June 2015 my wife and I started to notice that upstairs was cooler than downstairs even though the thermostats were set for the same temp. I called Mast Air about this issue and they said a tech was available the same day. The tech that came out was professional, diagnosed the problem and informed us that we would need to have the compressor replaced. (He said he had never seen a compressor failure on this model.) The tech told us they would be back out in the morning to replace the entire unit. True to his word, Mast Air was back first thing in the morning with a replacement unit.

My family and I would highly recommend Mast Air.

Mast Air Inc. replaced my air conditioner summer of 2012. Yes! It was right in the hottest part of the year. They kept me and my family cool until the new air conditioner arrived. I've not experienced the excellence in customer service such as this in a long time.

Mast Air came out and replaced our AC unit with a Goodman unit. They said they would be there at 8 am and were here at the quoted time. They were very professional and went right to work. They removed old unit and installed new. They were done by 10 am and unit is working very well. I will use Mast Air again and tell other people about the quality service we received.

They have so many great qualities, where do I start. The quality of work they do is limitless. They use the best products. When I have needed a new part I know it is of top quality and brand new. They have the friendliest staff who are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The servicemen are so trustworthy I am beyond comfortable with leaving them to do there work without having to follow them around in fear of someone taking any of my belongings. Sadly this kind of comfort and trust is hard to come by, however MAST AIR and it's employees HAVE that trust! There number one goal is customer satisfaction, not profit, there is no taking advantage of the customer. They make sure to go over all the instructions with you, and summaries what they did while servicing your AC unit. The business owner even called to check on me and insure I was beyond satisfied with the units, the work that was done, and his employees. They have a flexible schedule and truly want to schedule a time that is best for you, not themselves. I can honestly say I know even in an AC emergency they would come help, they wouldnt leave me or my family suffering in this heat!!
Every summer I get a reminder to have my units checked to ensure they are ready for the Arizona heat to keep my electric bill as low as possible. Every Winter they check my units as well, they know I need my heater to keep my babies warm.
I would and have recommended this company to everyone I know. This company deserves far more than just my recognition.

Excellent service. The technician came on time and was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem right away and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I will always use this company for my AC repair. Based on my previous experiences with AC repair companies, Mast Air is way ahead of the competition.

These are the facts: I did business with Mast for my air conditioner service for over 20 years, with excellent service. The company was sold and the problems began. I bought a new 5 ton TRANE AC from them at a cost of $5,000 and within 5 years I had spent well over $2,000 for repairs on what was supposed to have been a NEW air conditioner. When I asked for a copy of the original invoice/warranty and questioned if they had sold me a used unit, the owner became very defensive and refused to continue to service the unit or do business with me. I did not receive a copy of the original invoice or the warranty. Apparently the unit was used and customer loyalty means nothing to these folks.

I had a very good experience from his office staff to the technicians in the field. The owner, Chris, went out of his way to resolve my problems.

There were issues that came up and Chris fixed them right away. Mast Air was helpful, caring and professional. I can't say enough about them.
