We had received a complaint from [redacted] regarding her experience at an [redacted] event in [redacted], [redacted]. Below is our record of what happened before and during the event: The [redacted] had initially given us approval to use water meters (which would allow us to use a hydrant for the slide) and therefore we opened registration for the event. It wasn’t until the week before the event that the [redacted] had unexpectedly changed its mind and would not allow us to use a water meter. To ensure that the event still went on and everyone had a good time, we rented two 18-wheelers that consistently filled up water for the event. Every now and then, there would be downtime when delivering the trucks filled with water. Our traditional policy with The [redacted] is no refunds, but in certain circumstances, and in this case with [redacted], we will issue a refund, as we take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously.
