I did have the owner on site, my dad is the owner of houseIt was my bathroom and I paid for plumberDad bought fixtureWe have been very unhappy with response from this business and do not want them in our home againThis has been the worst plumbing company we have ever dealt withIs is a shame for this company to be able to still do business and provide uncompleted work ethics to continue in the long runI do not trust this company and feel that they took advantage of the elderlyI am done with this communication with this company, in my book they rate a Ffor service

Our offer still stands to replace the screw and we would like for Mr. [redacted] to be on site when this occurs. We do care about our business and our customers. The homeowner should have been on site when we were hired to clearly state exactly what he wanted done. Once again we are not responsible for customer provided parts. If homeowners are unsure of what parts to get then they should wait for plumber to give them an estimate so they could purchase correct parts.

[redacted] found this company thru a referral service in phone book that plumbing company uses. Referral service ad stated that company offered $25.00 discount to Senior citizens. This is not a given, it was asked for and accepted by plumber and company. I feel insulted that I am even having this dispute with a service provider. I am the customer who is unhappy. Goes to show what customer service values this company places on valuing their services and complaints. As I stated before I do not wish to do business with this company any more, this mean asking for any type of reimbursement or service. I would rather hire another plumbing service than use this one. I still feel defrauded, discriminated against as a senior citizen and service is still unacceptable. This company is a fly by night and was reported to referral service as that. I am closing this matter as unresolved and unacceptable.

To resolve issue I wanted plumber to install correct screw into fixture he replaced with old part. Handle would not fall off had he done this. He left job knowing screw was too short. We as customer did not know new fixture parts would not fit. This is a new house, how is it a old part? Plumber I believe did not want to disassemble shower to install new complete fixtures for shower. Plumber did not offer to install correct size with new parts, to replace complete fixture. Handle is still loose today. Will never use the referral service used for this plumber again. Owner was unwilling to accept responsibility for handle ussue. She stated plumber would return phone call, he did not. When contacted again she said it would be up to plumber to fix issue on this own time. She did not seen to care.....

We do not and have not ever taken advantage of anyone. As a matter of fact the job valve for replacement of the cartridge was $175.00 and we gave a $25.00 discount above and beyond the normal 3% senior discount. It seems to me that [redacted] keeps changing his story and not wanting to work this out. It seems that he only wants to bash our company and the licensed plumber that performed the work and only wants to be reimbursed as if we did not do any repairs to his tub valve. As we stated before we will be glad to replace a screw they deem not long enough. In addition we can give estimate for providing and installing correct plumbing parts for this particular tub valve. We have always strived to make things right with customers and provide excellent customer service; however there are times when you can not please everyone. At this point  Mr. [redacted] is refusing to let us come back out and tighten or replace the screw. Do you have any suggestions?

When plumber arrived for job he found that the customer had bought a valve body trim kit with cartridge. The homeowner had already installed the trim out of the kit he bought. The valve body was not the correct one for the old style tub valve he had. This valve body fit new style not old style....

In addition the cartridge was also for new style valve but the homeowner has old style valve; therefore the cartridge would not fit and the father of Mr. [redacted] was the person they left in charge while the plumber was working. The father authorized to take the cartridge back and get the cartridge needed for the old style valve. When the plumber left the job site everything was in working order and handle was tight. They don't just fall off. It is our policy that we do not warranty customer provided parts. We did exactly what the older gentleman that was left in charge authorized us to do. We have a signed invoice by the older gentleman that was left in charge. The homeowner was only charged for the replacement of the cartridge and that is what we did. The plumber is not and was not lazy because he did do the job correctly. It is not the plumbers responsibility for incorrect parts provided by the homeowner. Mr. [redacted] was not even home during time work was performed, he left the older gentleman in charge. Mr. [redacted] did talk to office manger and then got aggravated and hung up on her when she advised him that there is no warranty on customer provided parts. In addition when [redacted] first called to hire us she stated that the shower fixture was leaking and said they purchase a complete set of fixtures and that they did the trim portion of the job but could not figure out how to install the other parts; which now we know were not correct. We bid the job at $175.00 and gave them a discount of $25.00 only charging $150.00 plus credit card charge of $6.00. If you have any additional questions please call me at ###-###-####.
