After searching for NO FLOAT cypress mulch on line, I ordered 10 bags from this landscaping company on 11/23/2019 since they were the nearest place I could find that had it. I paid extra for the shipping because I needed the NO FLOAT version for a foot path that I wanted to stay in place. What came instead on 11/27/2019 was shredded hardwood from the local Home Depot that I could have picked up myself. I had rejected this earlier when I was looking in the local area for the NO FLOAT version.
I complained to the company on 11/27/2019 that what they had delivered was not what I had ordered. On 12/18/2019 the company responded that their inventory was out and my money would be refunded and I could keep what was sent as a complimentary gift.
The transaction was dated 11/24/2019 on my Discover Card for $37.40. So far, I have not received a refund in spite of repeated attempts by my requesting on line. My last inquiry on 1/18/2020 suggested I would hear something by 1/24/2020. As of 2/10/2020 still no response.

Refund Request the refund of my money as promised on 12/18/2019. A credit back to my Discover Card would be acceptable.
Attached is the contract for tree trimming at this address
Masterco was paid $1400.00 to begin the job on January 12, 2019.
Tree limbs, ropes and other equipment was left in yard.
Mr. *** exclaimed that they needed a larger lift to get into the
Tree.
I called again and he explained that the contractor had quit.
Now I call and they don't answer.
Refund money paid since no work was ever completed
I'm currently out of town and left operations to a bad manager I'll be back in town next month to fire the current manager and take over temporary until another manager is hired.
Haven't heard anything from Masterco. Their ropes and supplies are still at my residence. When I call they hang up on me. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
Mr. with Masterco has sent someone to clean up the rubbish left by them. They didn't get the rubbish off the roof or finish the job but cleaning the limbs and logs up is good. Now I can clean my yard. Thanks again.
