There is no oblivious follow up plan in place by this business to ensure that I do not receive further communications from this business to prevent harassment from this business. Any individual at this business has my personal number and can contact me at will. Spencer M[redacted] saying he will do something is no guarantee that it will be done. What proof will be provided to me that further harassment from this business will not occur?
