Matt's Construction

Matt called and stated he is over a month and a half behind with all the unpredictable weather this year. He said he will get it done before winter, but she is just going to have to be patient. His worker that lived out that way moved out of state, otherwise it would have been done already. He will try to make it out by the end of September to drop off the stops and fix the soffit piece.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  The ice breaks were in the contract--I attached it.  I would like them and the hardware dropped off. (or reimbursement) I do not want him to install them.   I definitely expect him to replace the soffit where he broke holes in it--and give me an exact date -not just that he'll get to it.  When something is damaged I should be scheduled before new customers.  It's been 7 months  Regards,  [redacted]

I told her from day 1 that metal roofs and gutters don't mix well. 2nd there was no say of snow stops in contract. I fixed the porch and gutter as best to be. The porch railing is rotted out.
