Maty's African Hair Braiding

I went to get my hair done at Maty's African Hair Braiding on Tuesday Oct. 8th 2013. She charged me $180 for Havana twist. I was not happy with my hair so I went bck the next day she did a section over. I was still not happy so I went bck that Friday after getting my hair done by her. She had customers and told me to come bck later. She texted to come bck that following Monday and that her sister will re-do my hair because she could do Havana twist much better and tighter. I went bck and called that Monday only to get no answer and the shop was closed. I went bck and call the next day, that Tuesday and got nothing and the shop was closed. I called one last time that same Tuesday and finally talked to the sister who was pretending to be Maty the owner of the shop. She tells me that they're in Africa and was very rude and told me she would re-do it that following Tuesday October 22nd. I call and go by the shop with my sister. I get nobody. Finally we go bck and the sister is in the shop, she is very rude and yelling at us. She tells me to come bck tomorrow October 23rd. I go call bck and once again she is rude and basically says she's not going to re-do my hair. I can't get in contact with the owner of the shop because she's never around. Plus the hair style did not even last a week and I was planning on wearing it for at least two months.
