Inc. does not have a contract in any way or form with [redacted] and at no point was hired to perform any work.
The company that she has a contract with is Maximum Recovery, Inc. As we do share an office with Maximum Recovery, Inc., it is a separate entity with a separate Tax Payer ID with a different corporate structure.
Please be advised that any reference to any complaint on [redacted] Restoration, Inc. for a different entity (Maximum Recovery, Inc.), by Revdex.com on any of it's platforms, with now having full knowledge that they are not one in the same, would be a disservice to the consumer and the business.
Please be advised that any reference to this complaint on the dealings between Maximum Recovery, Inc. and [redacted] on the Revdex.com "Business Overview" or "Consumer Complaints" page for [redacted] Restoration, Inc. by Revdex.com would be an intentional defamation of character by Revdex.com to the innocent party that is [redacted] Restoration, Inc. potentially hindering it's ability to cultivate new business relationships with customers that rely on Revdex.com to provide them with accurate information on businesses listed and would most definitely be met with stringent legal defense.

It needs to be investigate by other cause this letter is a bunch of junk. Just like the roof that was put up there. Several other roofers have looked at this roof and stated that was the poorest job ever seen. Also Mr. [redacted] should read letter sent to him were there were witness to the agreement. This contractor put alot of words on paper. And I too will forward to your company were the interior work was included in the work. I have had enough of the mess and wish that the work to be done properly. Mr [redacted] lied to and I am well aware how to read and that interior work was included. Also Mr. [redacted] lied about first he heard about any bricks, and from my planter that I paid professional to do. The last attempt call I ever recieved from the company was on June 23, 2014. No response to any calls. And calls that I made have not recieved any returns to me. This was not the first time with roof and this is just a excuse of roof settling. That is a bunch of mess. The replacement of plywood was discussed and told me it would be done by Mr Castro. How would either one of them know the need to be replaced they were not here when it was done. Roofer did not expect any thing unless with was Saul who got on the roof and stomped down bubbles. I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH HIS RESPONSE AND WILL BE LOOKING FOR LEGAL ASSISTANCE.

The question that [redacted] has asked what is it that I want him to do. I had to have another contractor to go over the roof cause I can clearly see that the roof was not properly done. And this contractor is rated by Revdex.com with an A plus rating. The contractor is [redacted] XXXXX [redacted] St. South Holland, Il., XXX-XXX-XXXX. I tired to get to qoutes, the other was the original company, but they since gone out of business. I want [redacted] along with this contractor to walk the roof and see the poor work his company has done. Since [redacted] stands by the work of his company. Stop sending others and check it out himself. Talk with this contractor and negotiated the repairs to roof so that the roof can withstand a winter or a serious
storms. There is not a roof in this neighborhood that is worth seven thousand dollars. And still there has been no work done inside. Recovery is a company that takes advantage of single women, retirees on a pension. This would cost me more to repair then I am able to afford.

We have made contact with Mrs. [redacted] as she states. We did reach out to her contractor, as Mrs. [redacted] states, in an attempt to resolve this dispute. The contractor was not able to provide much information.
We are good people and a responsible company.
This matter is not able to be resolved.
We are respectfully declining to correspond through the Revdex.com to resolve this case.
Please read all of our responses and you will see that they are consistent. We are still owed a considerable amount for this project. We have not completed all work on the adjuster's scope, nor are we obligated to.
I also advise that if anyone at the Revdex.com decides to make a determination on this dispute, they must be licensed by the State of Ill to do so. That would mean an individual Licensed to interpret Insurance policy law, by an Illinois licensed Adjuster, licensed roofer etc.
Until this point Mrs. [redacted] has yet to have any Licensed Professional or Municipality Inspector contact us about any defects in the roof.
We had a permit on the project.
The City did not send a violation or fail notice to us.
The roof is proper.
