My home sustained damaged during the July 14th storm. I called Maxx Roofing after hours and left a message. My call was returned within 1 hour letting me know someone would be contacting me the next morning. True to his word, I received a call and they had someone here before noon to place protective material over the damaged areas of my roof. Rodney Capps was wonderful! As this was my first insurance claim, he was very knowledgable and even helped me file my claim. He also was at my home when the insurance adjuster visited to document the damage. My adjuster even commented on his helpfulness. Maxx Roofing was with me from the nervous beginning to the very end. I can't say enough about the customer service they provided to me. Thanks sooooo much Maxx Roofing!!!! The new roof is beautiful.

Maxx Roofing came out and installed a great new roof! Matt came out and explained the process in detail and got everything started quickly. Matt even went above and beyond and helped us get the full amount out of our insurance and walked us through the entire process! Most people don't get up on their roof very often but when they do and they see what they think is damage - they should immediately call the folks at Maxx Roofing. They came out quickly, got on the roof, took pictures, and clearly showed us the problems our roof had. They also walked us through the claims process and helped us navigate the insurance details. They met with our insurance adjuster and together, they agreed on what was best for us and that we did actually need a new roof. Not only that, but they were out within 24 hours and we had a new roof within 48 hours. They also had their foreman inspect the workers and they left the area clean and like it was when they arrived. While working on the roof, they used superior materials and methods. I am honored to recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof and I will be using them for any construction projects we might undertake in the future.

Great team! High integrity. Rodney was our sales guy, he was responsive, respectful and not pushy. He knows the business well and explained how all the insurance worked. Job was done great, roof looks amazing. Done quickly, and cleaned up. We had a unique experience in that our AC wasn't installed to code so the line was against the decking. When they put on he new shingles a nail nicked the line and caused a leak. When I noticed the AC wasn't working I called the owner, Jarod, and he came out right away. He went up in the attic and looked around trying to find the problems, we did some maintenance items and thought maybe it would work. Later that evening it still didn't so I calls him again. He came to the house at 8:30 and stayed until the AC was fixed. He even pointed out the leak to the repairman. Then, he went one step farther and helped cover that cost. I will use them again and recommend them to anybody!
