I advise her that we are clearly not a Volvo dealership nor a licensed Volvo mechanic but we have worked on many Volvo’s with her same issues and was able to fix the problem with no issues and at less then ½ of what the dealership would charge. We are a small business with 3 employees , including myself. We DO NOT set appointments, we work on a first come, first serve basis. We had some unforeseen issues arise with one of our employees having to be out due to a death in the family right her at the holidays. I’m sorry that a unforeseen death in the family caused her to be unconvinced. I never refused to fix her vehicle. I did tell her if we were taking to long that she could always take it some where else. She decide to take the vehicle somewhere else. I apologize for her inconvenience but we are not responsible for the towing of any vehicles.
