I had them come look at my Heat and A/C unit. I called and told the them I needed a Fan for my unit. My wife was home when they showed up. After about 5 min he said it would cost 7,000 for a new unit. So I called another place. They fixed the fan. One year later it is still running great. As far as I am concerned an upselling fraud is theft with a smile.
