Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: There was no resolution to my complaint. I was not given couple hours as stated by the dealership to test drive and inspect the vehicle. I came before they were closing on thanks giving eve and was able to take the truck for a short drive which seemed fine. It was dark and freezing temperatures. As soon as I left the lot I felt a vibration at certain speeds and clunking every time there was a bump in the road. I should of taken it back the next day but knowing that they had me sign 3pieces of no warranty sheets I thought I would fix it my self. However the truck is falling apart and I can't keep up with the repairs. In the posted response it said I contacted them a year and two months later it was actually one and a half months later right after the holidays and after I saved money to take it to a shop to diagnose. The truck is a lemon. I tried to contact the seller privately via email to see if there was anything they can do to keep me a happy customer and to have a good track record any kind of help but they ignored my emails so that's why I contacted Revdex.com for help.Sincerely,[redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:   This letter is in response to a complaint we received from Revdex.com.  Mr. [redacted] purchased a truck from us on June 28, 2017.  We did not know of any steering rack problems with the truck in question. We had the truck inspected by 2 different sources prior to...

putting the truck for sale.  Please find copies of the reports attached. No where is it noted that there were problems.  We also include in all of sales paperwork an "AS IS" statement letting the customer know that they are purchasing the vehicle without a warranty for any repairs after the sale.  And a "DUE BILL" which provides for any agreed upon items to be completed by our company.  In this case, no orders were presented for promised work.  Both of these documents were signed by the customer and are attached for your review.  Although we empathize with Mr. [redacted]'s situation,  we feel that it is not are responsibility to to pay for his truck repairs.   Thank you,   MB Motors LLC

customer called. Isaid Iwas getting a lot of action on the Audi and she said to send a purchase order to her bank, this was on Thursday March 2. At this time Iasked her if she wanted to put a deposit down to hold the car and she said no that she was going to drive over on Tuesday March 7 and possibly purchase the vehicle. She called back on Saturday March 4 and now wanted the car shipped over to her first then she would pay for the car if she was satisfied (MB Motors has shipped cars to several different states but payment in full is always required). The customer is responsible for setting up shipping & MB Motors will not release a vehicle unless it is paid in full. On Monday March 6 a customer showed up and purchased the Audi TI,Ithen emailed the customer in Spokane to inform her that the car was sold. She was not happy but Iagain said if ypu had put a deposit down Iwould have held the car. This Audi TI had been on our lot for 6 months and the customer had plenty of opportunities to come view the vehicle or even hold it with a simple down payment.

I am rejecting this response because: although MB Motors LLC may not be legally responsible for paying for the repair of the truck because it is required to sign the "buy as-is" contract when purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership, I feel that a reliable dealership that is looking to provide "quality pre-owned vehicles" and "committed to earning the trust of customers" as their website states would handle a situation like this differently. I trusted that they completed a thorough inspection, which was not the case since the day after bringing the vehicle home I noticed a leak due to the power steering rack needing to be replaced and it was confirmed from a reliable auto shop that this was a pre-existing issue and when bringing this issue to the dealerships attention the owner of this dealership brushed it off saying "you signed the as-is paperwork" and was not interested in providing any compensation whatsoever. From my experience MB Motors LLC I would highly recommend NOT doing business with them, this dealership is only interested in making money and not interested in providing quality pre-owned vehicles and will not provide quality customer service once you leave the lot. If you are looking for a reliable dealership look else where!
Sincerely,
