Review: I am writing representing my employer [redacted]. We have used MBS Credit and Collection Solutions for 7 years as a collection agency for bad debt. They seem to have vanished! The phone and fax are disconnected. I have not been notified that they were closing. What happens to the accounts that I had turned over to them?Desired Settlement: I'd like to know if there is any forwarding information for this company. We had roughly 30 clients listed with them for collections.
