I believe we have resolved the above referenced complaint by Mr*** As stated in the attached letter to Mr***, McKillican's restocking and return policy is clearly visible and explained in photo and "Terms & Conditions" which are also
attached along with the invoice and credit memo information Here is my response to "Customer's Statement of the Problem":
Salesman *** has been with company close to years and clearly understands the company return policy. *** denies making alleged statements with the exception of stating that refund checks are initiated by our corporate office. *** is well respected by all our customers and I am confident that no one will dispute this. Restocking policy is clearly displayed on will call/ cashier counter and return policy is clearly stated on Line #on the back side of receipt (see attached photo and document). Also, *** had waived the day from purchase return window. Items were purchased on August 27, and returned on December 11, Cash refunds are not allowed by branches with refund checks only generated by our corporate office in Edmonton, Canada. Request for refund was made on December 12, and with the initial refund check ($55.27) received and mailed out to Mr*** on January 12, 2015. I believe the refund was done in a timely manner. Restocking charge is 20% not the 25% that is statedPackage and handling charges are clearly display on receipts at time of purchase
