My vehicle has been at their shop for abo four months now and the repairs are sti not complete. When I call in to get an updat they giv me a different excu each time as to why it is not yet done. For severa weeks now I hav constantl been misled by them sayi it will be done soon. And when I call and ask if it is alm done, they give anoth excu as to why it is not finishe and push the completi date furth back.Desired SettlementI would like for them to eith comple the job when they tell me it will be done, or pay to have it taken somewhere else where it will actu be finished.
