Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: McKenna's Documents did get our monies They did not file in the time limit in which they were
ordered to claim and close our case As you will see the previous attached documents, you will note that all monies were paid in fullI will try to contact McKenna's Documents and again try to have them do what was required of them We are going to ask them to correct their errors with our case and return our money Please do not close our case we feel that this business has taken advantage of us We really don't know if the $6,that was taken from our bank account went to the creditor Thank you
