Review: On about May 28, 2013 we met with [redacted] and came to an agreement for him to construct an addition to my concrete driveway. He said he would do the work on June 8, 2013. At the time we met I gave him a deposit of $2,850.00 for materials. June 8, 2013 came and the work was not done. About that time he came by and gave me a price to replace my existing driveway. I agreed and gave him an additional $1,750.00 for the added materials. I have an agreement from him that says he will start the work on July 17, 2013. He has said that the reason for not starting sooner has been the weather. July 17, 2013 came and no work. For a good part of August I did not hear from him. I called and sent e-mails and finally he send an e-mail on August 24, 2013. He then called and said they would do the work on August 27, 2013. Again August 27, 2013 came and went. I tried to work with him because he said the reason he didn't work or contact me in August was because he had a heart attack. At this time I decided I couldn't wait anymore so I asked for my deposit back. I called and sent e-mails. He has not responded.Desired Settlement: I want my deposit back.

Do not use this company as he scams everyone he does work for ! He has broken up my concrete and taken my money and never returned. I have conversed with several other of his victims !! DO NOT USE HIM or you will end in court.

Review: [redacted] came to our on July 10 2013 and gave us an estimate on a entrance side walk in the front of home and one in the back yard from our patio to the deck with a 4 ft. connected landing in front of the shed. Also, he was to repair a section of our blocked patio and a couple of lose bricks on front porch . The estimate was a great price of $1500.00 so we decided to use him. He returned to the house on July 17,2013 and said he was ready to start the job on Saturday July 20th and he would have to collect half up front for the concrete. I wrote him a check for $750.00 and he said he would have his wife send the contract to me by email and he would see us Saturday. He never showed up on Saturday and we did not get anything by email. We did not see him for 5 more days after a lot of excuses after phone calls and text messages. He busted 4 12x12 concrete blocks to our patio he never replaced. I called and asked for a refund and he came to the house and busted up the first section of the sidewalk and then text my phone at 8pm and said come outside. I went out to see what he needed as we did not know he was there. He asked me to look at the sidewalk then said, "Do you still want a refund ?" I was so upset and we had words and claimed he would get the job done in the next couple of days. I did give him a chance as he had my money already. He formed the outline sidewalks with wood. He has never returned and never sent a contract. He will not return our calls or texts. I was nice in the beginning but, as this problem persists of him taking our money and not providing the services progressed, we were not happy and sent messages by phone and texts telling him that he needed to get this job done or we would proceed to taking action against him. We have been left with a complete mess of mud and rock in the front and rear of our home and out 750.00 for all of this mess. Something has to be done about this. DO NOT USE HIM !!!!Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to refund me my money ! I have been so stressed over this whole period.
