Review: I saw an ad for a vehicle (Dodge) for $2,750 so I contacted McPeek regarding this vehicle. I took pictures of the ad and discussed it with the sales rep [redacted] as usually the ad will state that they are not responsible for misprints or if the vehicle is no longer available. I gave [redacted] the vin number of the vehicle and he stated it was still available. I told him I was willing to pay for the vehicle right then and come by later that afternoon and pick it up. He stated that the price of the vehicle was $28,000 a price that was no where close to the advertised price. He said he would have to call me back after he looked into it. He stated that more of their prices on that site for their vehicles were wrong. I gave him my name and number and waited for a returned call, but he never called me back. I call back asking to speak with the general manager and the receptionist put Stuart on the phone and I asked him if he was the general manager and he stated yes. I explained the same thing I told [redacted], however he began berating me on the phone telling me I'm not getting something for free telling me it's too bad if I [redacted]'t like it that that wasn't their ad and he's not doing anything about it. I asked him how did the vin number and all the specs for the vehicle get there then and he said anyone can put it there I asked why is there a place to contact the dealership via email if they did not place the ad he told me he was the one who told [redacted] what to say when he called me back, and I asked him what he was talking about I never received a call from [redacted] and told me it's too bad I told him I was trying to work out this matter and didn't want to escalate it his response was too bad I'm not getting that vehicle for that price. I would have understood if he has said they would have [redacted]e their best to remove the ad or correct the matter but he yelled at me and hung up. I spoke with the business manager that told me Stuart was also the owner.Desired Settlement: I would like the vehicle that was on their ad for the price they listed it as 2015 Dodge Journey SXT $2,750. I would like for them to honor their price and to treat customers with some dignity and respect.

Review: I dropped my truck off for service 10/1/15 for a/c not switching vents, horn not working, cruise control not working and valve cover gaskets leaking. I went to the dealer on 10/08/15 to check on my truck nothing has been done as to the repairs. they gave me my truck back to drive until monday 10/12/15 when they said they would have me bring the truck back and have the parts and loaner car ready for me. they promised the repairs would be done by yesterday 10/14/15 as of today 10/15/15 at 9:30am they do not have a time frame of when the truck will be ready. I need my truck for work to for towing trailers.Desired Settlement: Fix the truck in a timely manner or let me take it to repair independent repair shop of my choice at dealer's expense.

Review: I found a 2014 RAM 1500 SLT ecodiesel listed on Mc Peek Dodge of Anaheim's Internet website on 7/20/14 for $10,094. When I woke up on 7/21/14 I checked the website again and there it was listed for the exact same price. The vehicle in question is Stock # E623 and VIN# [redacted]. When I drove up to the dealership on 7/21/14 I was greeted by a salesman and we asked to see the ecodiesel trucks. They only had on and it was listed for somewhere in the $50,000 range. When I asked for the SLT version he said, "oh your not here for that $10,000 listing, are you"? I told him yes and he said first of all that truck is in transit and not even on the lot and the list price was a mistake. I asked him if it was his intention not to honor the list price. He told me I would have to speak with the GM about that. I was greeted then by the GM [redacted] and he told me he would not honor the listing but would give me a smoking hot deal. I asked him again, you are not going to offer the listing. I told him that I have printouts and saved PDF files of the company's website listing. He told me no, they made a mistake and that they are allowed to make mistakes. I then exited the premises.

I have supporting documentation to back up my allegations.Desired Settlement: If this really was a mistake and not a bait and switch, Then what is this dealerships offer on this truck. I wasted my time driving up there to see this vehicle and it wasn't even on the lot and apparently listed wrong. In a perfect world I get the truck and they get a sale. Enough of this false advertising, make a real offer.

Review: August 31, 2015 I Purchased brand new 2015 Dodge Durango R/T from Mcpeek Dodge of Anaheim, traded in 2013 Lexus GS350 in excellent condition(Dodge dealer paid me $30,000.00 for trade) Dodge Dealer calls me two weeks later claiming Lexus is damaged I have to take $19,000.00 as value for trade and pay them an extra $11,000,00 down payment! Pushy Salesmen at Dodge dealership worked "a deal" that would have me drive off in a 2015 Durango and dealer would take Lexus ( valued at $30,000 on contract) he said they are willing to loose money on this deal because it's the last day of the month and last deal of the month, dealer wants to sell one more car to reach quota for the month so dealer would receive big bonus. Salesman saw the trade confirmed Lexus was in excellent condition and dealer took the keys and the Lexus as trade in. I receive a call from dodge dealer claiming I need to pay extra 11k down payment. I do not have this extra money.Desired Settlement: Dealer can honor agreement we have on contract or unwind the deal and give me back Lexus GS350 in its original excellent condition.
