Red Hot Keto misleadingly signed me up for a subscription after a 2week trial period. I did not even agree to a trial period directly through their site. The site I used was called “Healthy Organics” out of Largo, FL. They sent no email confirmation or other type of confirmation to state this. Instead this Red Hot Keto place (not the company I thought I was dealing with)had a small “trial” price and then charged nearly $90 more dollars for the same, already paid product since I did not cancel my unwanted subscription within their two week window. As the trial product was opened they stated company policy would not allow them to issue any refunds regardless of my dissatisfaction or claim I had not agreed to a subscription. This is shady marketing by some shady multi-named company designed to trick people into mysterious subscriptions they don’t want. Additionally, the company contact information is actually different on the shipping label, the invoice, the name provided to my bank, and Tyne email contact name. Complete and total scam.
