Review: The product comes with a money back guarantee. I ordered 4 pill boxes on March 20, 2014. I returned the boxes in 1 week and did not get my money back. On April 1st,I contacted the owner [redacted] first by phone to confirm the return guarantee. We spoke and [redacted] assured me that he would credit the full $199.80 to my card. There was no credit on my statement and no communication to me from Mr. [redacted], so I wrote him an e-mail on April 16. He did not respond.On May 21, I sent another e-mail stating that he has had 2 billing cycles to have returned my money and that I want to see the credit to my card on the June statement. Mr. [redacted] still did not respond.On Thursday June 26, I called and left him a voice mail stating that he needed to call me back regarding the refund he owes me. His voice message states that he will return calls within 24 hours. I never heard back from him.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like a cashiers check instead of giving Mr. [redacted] my new credit card number being that I no longer trust him.

Review: I purchased a Med-Q Lifesaving Pill Box on November 3, 2013. On November

4, 2013 the $60.90 was deducted from my bank account. To date I have not

received the merchandise or a refund. I have contacted Mr. [redacted] by

email and by phone multiple time. I have never received a response from

either.Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund of the full amount of $60.90 or if this is not

a scam device I would like to still receive the Med-Q for my father who has

[redacted] Disease and this would be very helpful in in daily medication

administration process

Review: In late November my wife placed an order for a MED-Q [redacted]. An electronic pill box for her 80 year old mother. This looked to be a perfect item to help control medication. On December 1, 2013 we got a confirmation order #[redacted] and the credit card was charged $60.90.

My wife had sent a number of emails to the customer service email address as to the status of the order. I have sent two emails and left 3 voice messages as to the status. To date no email or call has been returned. We can only assume that this is a scam and [redacted] has no intention of sending the pillbox. We can only assume that Mr. [redacted] is scamming our elderly and is not ever going to return my phone calls.Desired Settlement: The Revdex.com put a warning out on Mr. [redacted] and his company Q-Med (Life saving pillbox ). A full refund on the credit card they have on file. And an apology from Mr. [redacted].

Review: This business is a fraud. Upon on-line payment for item Med-Q system, you do not get any confirmation, delivery dates. Nobody responds to your calls or replies to your email. The links on websites goes nowhere!Desired Settlement: Refund payment

Review: On 09/09/2013 I placed on online order with Med-Q/Life Saving Pillbox. Received confirmation, and on 09/10/2013, credit card was charged. It has been six weeks since order was placed, no merchandise has been received.

Online order status says "processing". Emailed to ask when I could expect to receive - no response. Phone call to company - received voicemail. Left two messages - no response. Online research now leads me to believe the merchant address [redacted] is just a post office.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card to be refunded the purchase price and shipping and handling cost.
