Both my husband I used this firm for disability cases, and we won both! Mr. Clark and his staff are very knowledgeable and skill in their representation. I have and will refer others to this firm!

Charles T[redacted] C[redacted] is just as he appears on TV. He is very casual in demeanor with the Judge, not uptight as most lawyers. He really new the the law and amazed me in presenting my case.

Review: On August 25 2014 I drove from [redacted] WV to purchase a 1996 [redacted] pop up camper had called and spoke with sales person before I made 6 hour drive. I arrived at the site at approx.: 10:30 am went over the camper with the salesman and asked questions as to working order of camper. Such as lights, heater, and ac unit , hot water tank and so forth. Was told all was in working order. So I purchased for 1995.00. I paid cash and I asked if I could go and purchase a one way permit to get the camper home and hi just give me the title and he said no that I would have to pay title tag and notary fee and taxes there. So I paid him additional 250.00 for this. So he goes to hook the camper to my pick up and lower the camper and he did not have the crank for it. He went to parts department and got one and I asked should it not have one he said well appartenlty someone has took it and I would have to purchase it my self and I said really you cant include that in the price considering it should come with one, he said no so I went to parts department and paid for the crank. Finally after about 2 hours I was on my way back to WV. The next day we discovered that the hot water tank was busted which cost me 165.00 to have repaired and we could not get heat to come on but we did get that fixed at no cost. I called the next day and let them know that I was not a happy person and the person I spoke with said they would have the salesman call me which he never did. So I sucked it up. Well in October I realized that we had not gotten our tags or title so I called and the gentleman said they were in the mail to us so I said okay. Well on the 24 th of October I received the title that had not been processed all they did was notorize so I called and said you owe me money back the gentleman said all they owed was 100.00 back to me and that the notary fee and temporay tag was 150.00. I find this this to be wrong and unfair and I expressed my concerns and he agreed to pay me for the crank which was 35.00. so in a few days I received a check for 135.00 and I feel this is still unfair.Desired Settlement: That they refund the entire amount of the title fees that I paid minus a reasonable 5.00 notary fee and 15.00 for the tempory tag leaving a balance of 130.00 due to me . Considering we could not get tags because we had not received title and the tags were only good for 30days not 90 days and the cost of rep tank hot water tank of 165.00. I feel that would be fair considering I asked in all things were in working order.
