[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I will accept the work that was done by the Gardner Cofor now, as winter is quickly approachingThe proper and long term solution (advice from another roofing contractor) would be to remove the gutter and drip edge, and replace the bottom few rows of shingles after installing new drip edge, and then the gutters The contractor I spoke to came and examined the issue and agreed that the gutter installation did contribute somewhat to the drip edge and shingles being pushed up and thus water leaking behind the gutters I will monitor it during the winter to see if the problem of leaking behind the fascia still exists Next spring, I will decide what my next step will be Regards, [redacted]

On Friday, October [redacted] spoke to Ms [redacted] & has a plan to investigate & pinpoint the problemI will follow up after thisThank you

This is a follow up to the above complaint regarding this leak on Mr***'s house We did contact Mr*** within a week of receiving this complaint *** did arrange to stop over to look again at this issue After seeing this issue, the leak was Not associated with the
contracted work for gutters that we installed on this home This leak has nothing to do with the gutters, rather it is a roofing issue At no cost to the homeowner , we The Gardner Co installed a 5" drip edge over the top of the 1/"Mr *** is going to see how this works

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** Mr.*** *** stopped at our home with of his crew to evaluate our issues The next day he sent his workers back to remove siding and tape flashing to hopefully resolve the water issues We will not know if this resolved the water issues until the next rain occurs but we are hopeful this has resolved the problem His men were also going to wash the brown stains on our siding but it was not done However, I contacted Mr *** *** and he resolved that, as well as nails that they left on our roof

find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, I do so reluctantly, as the response was the absolute bare-minimum after significant inconvenience getting the company to respond.I did receive a call from the owner to set up a time for workers to come out and fix the issue. There was no apology, explanation, or even acknowledgment of the year-long string of communications that had gone ignored until I finally got a return call on day 30 after I filed this Revdex.com complaint. There was no compensation for the issue with the double gate (promising what could not be done) or other questionable problems, but at this point my focus was getting the "fixable" part done so we can finally proceed with staining etc.The men who came out to do the fix arrived as scheduled. They expressed that they were glad to try to remedy the situation, but had only just now been told that there was a problem. The tangible problem with the utility gate has been mostly remedied (opens to ~85 degrees instead of ~70 degrees now at least, and is better supported so it latches), but it and the other gate will never be quite "right" due to the very poor initial communication between the salesperson (over-promising what could not actually be done), the carpenters, and ourselves. It is probably not a coincidence that our salesperson was no longer employed with the company shortly after our contract was completed. However, if a terminated or resigned salesperson means that the company ignores problems with the work done under that ex-salesperson's contracts, any customer who draws the short straw and lands with the "wrong" salesperson could be in the same position in the future.

We have spoke to Mr. [redacted] several times regarding this issue.  We have been back several times trying to find where this leak is coming from.  We spoke to Mr. [redacted] this same day of complaint & he & [redacted] have agreed that [redacted] will bid out what it will cost to remove that section...

of roof that is needed to try to resolve this leak issue.  We are very hopeful to find a resolution for Mr. [redacted]. Thank you

Medix Staffing Solutions should NOT be accredited by the Revdex.com. I posted my resume on CareerBuilderscom. and was contacted by Zeke M[redacted] from Medix. I spent over 2 weeks working with him on a resume, cover letter and expectations of the position. I was told that it was a 6 month contract with potential for permanent hire if they liked my work. I was told that I didn't need occupational health experience because they were willing to train for that aspect of the job since I have 27+ years nursing experience. Especially since the company had been looking for some time to fill the position. I had my interview this week; the job was only for 2 months until their full time hire started in August. There never was an opportunity to hire on. Despite having my resume and cover letter, they asked if I had occupational health certification? I don't know what Zeke at Medix told them, but it sounds like the company was mislead as much as I was. After the interview, I called Zeke at Medix to find out what the deal was. Left a voice mail and sent an email. 2 days later and still no response. I don't know what Medix charges the companies but they're getting ripped off! I wish I had researched Medix Staffing Solutions as well as I did the company!

VERY unprofessional. I bought a Groupon for this place and I finally set my appointment, but of course this so called "business" was closed. The closed sign said they would be back at 10 something, and when I went it was 3/4 hours pass that time. It would have been nice if they contact their customers if they have to cancel so people like me don't have to drive 25 minutes to an unreliable place. Just having to do business with this place would never make me think twice of coming back. I even called them and of course no answer, and the second time I called them they turned their phone off. Hint Hint "UNPROFESSIONAL." I'm so glad Groupon gave me every cent back, and Groupon should not off had to apologize to me for this unprofessional business. Also, there is no flexibility because when I looked at their open days they were closed a lot of the days or full. The days they were open they would only 1 or 2 openings if that, and they were odd hours. Luckily since this place very unreliable I went to another place afterwards and got in right away, and I was very satisfied.
