This review is for a terrible experience I am sorry I ever ordered anything from this company The beginning of October, we ordered three pillows from this company We heard NOTHING, until I sent an email to someplace that said they would get back in hours I have made over five requests for shipment information They answered ONCE and that states that the shipment is sitting in China and has been for almost ten days - WHY? I have asked and nothing I finally located a number to call BIG HELP - NOT It is apparently a "help desk"/"customer service" which is located in India The person could barely speak English and kept saying yes, yes yes, no matter what I asked I had THOUGHT that the items looked interesting, but I will NEVER deal with this company ever again It is way TOO much work I urge people to read this prior to giving this "company" or whatever it is ANY money

I placed an order with MeowisNow on October 21, They immediately charged my credit card, but I have not received my items, it is now December I sent an email to them days ago and have yet to receive a response regarding when my order will be shipped or refunded

Terrible company. Never received my merchandise and they charged me for it.

Sorry for being repetitive, but I must echo all the other negative reviews here. Sounds like I've had exactly the same experience as many others. I did some early holiday shopping online from their website. Tried to contact the company about the missing orders (for months) with no reply whatsoever -- online, email, social media... Finally opened a dispute with the credit card company and --lo and behold-- one of my missing packages miraculously arrived. It had shipped from China and the merchandise was in rough shape. Other package MIA for going on 4 months now. Normally I avoid ordering from Chinese companies because they're so awful to do business with, but Meow is Now does a brilliant job of disguising their identity. Burned again!

I ordered a gray cat pillow on October 12, 2016 at 9:10 PM. My invoice number was #3461. The receipt indicated I would receive my product in 2 to 4 weeks. I heard nothing so I created a "ticket" (#4412) trying to find out where my product was. I received an email saying that Kate Young was my agent working on my ticket. I have heard nothing and it is now DECEMBER!!! Please give me back my money or send me my product. It is a Christmas present. A discount coupon was included in my original receipt. I am sure grateful I never used it!
