customer requesting a vehicle with different optionsThe vehicle the customer signed for vin number *** is indeed the vehicle the customer decided to purchase months agoThe vehicle does have keyless entry the customer states that it does notWe would be more than happy to go over the car again and show the customer how this feature worksAs far as the vehicle not having a clock this is incorrect the time is displayed electronically on the dash in clear view and again would be more than happy to go over the car again to point this outAs for the tires there was not a complaint what so ever about the brand of tires that are on the purchased vehicle had this been brought up in the beginning we would have swapped them out at the customer’s request to make them happy however this is no longer a viable option do to the length of time that has gone pastAccording to our *** *** at no time was the customer to receive a ***All *** vehicles are badge from the factory clearly displayed across the back of the trunk again an issue that should have been brought up right away and was notWe cannot comment on the license problem other than to say a Vin number discrepancy would not result in a suspended licenseAs for the maintenance package the customer did buy Pre-paid maintenanceI will pull the original file from our *** *** where the deals a stored make copies and send them to the customerWe are sorry for the confusion but stand this transaction as being very transparent and above boardWe will not grant the customers requested resolution of an extension of 12,of maintenanceThank you for your time in this matter.
