not all applicants are approved for financing.  As with all providers of
financing, a final commitment to provide financing is determined after the
completion of underwriting.  
The
complaint expresses concern for the applicant’s private information.  We
have a privacy policy published on our website (http://merchantcapitalsource.com/privacy-policy/) and we protect all information submitted as
part of this policy.  There are not facts to support his complaint that
his privacy has been compromised.  In our
10 year history we have never had an issue or complaint regarding breaches of
confidentiality or violation of our privacy policy.
We
understand that sometimes applicants are upset that they don't qualify for
financing from Merchant Capital Source.  We are happy to assist this
person should they call our company directly.

Review: I had the issue with this "cash advance company". Initially they post all the good seals - the Revdex.com seals showing A+ ratings, [redacted] seals showing almost 5 stars of satisfaction. So I assumed it was safe to submit my personal information. Before they got everything - they were promising everything and I even got the approval. However, next day I was just told they cant work with me and thanks for the info.

I filed my experience with [redacted] , however a ticket was created by Merchant Capital and review was removed. Saying its fine for them to post the fraudulent materials on their website like accreditation. Super deceptive. I will be posting the complaints all over.

Now I have to use credit monitoring service to prevent ID theft. Not cool.
