There are several issues, which at this point, have been addressed but not fixed
One issue has been addressed multiple times, both by Jeff and his foreman TimTim has been nothing but nice to me, however, he has been unable to solve the issueAt our last discussion, I told him I did not want any additional work completed if it was going to make the issue worse
He was able to previously raise several joists in order to get rid of a dipUnfortunately, over the winter, the problem returnedAt this point, I don't see any way to fix the problem and Tim agrees
My second issue is regarding the warranty for the deck productJeff sold us this product based on the idea that Azek has a lifetime warranty which included things such as splitting and fadingHowever, upon contacting Azek to make a claim, they told me this is not true for products sold before 1/1/Obviously, this was a major reason why we selected the product

I had contracted Affordable Decks to build a deck on my primary Residence in The work was completed in One corner/area of the deck is starting to sag and lean, making it a safety issues I called in July, and was told to email pictures to them, which I did I have made >phone calls over the last months to have the problem addressed and have always been told someone will be out to inspect the deck and correct teh problem No one has ever come out and being re-assured numerous times that someone will The provlem is now considerably worse and I find the deck unusable

Review: Three days ago 12/20/2014 I went to Merchant's Tire and Auto located in Winston Salem to purchase two brand new tires for the front of my car because I end up catching a flat tire. Not only did I purchase tires I also paid them to do a front end alignment as well. After the work was completed I noticed that instead of putting the brand new tires in the front of the vehicle they put them on the back. I asked the manager why he put tires on back instead of front because I had a front wheel drive he told me that it was best to have on the back.while leaving my emergency break light was on and wouldn't go off. This is something I noticed before I left the business, I noticed it because before arriving there I didn't have that problem. At that point I didn't think any thing else of it I thought maybe it was just the sensor. The next day 12/21/2014 while driving to store I approached a red light and realized I couldn't stop and that my brakes had went out, I tried stopping using emergency brake but that didn't work at that moment I panicked I was weaving through traffic trying not crash into anyone else I finally ran into a neighbor's yard and end up destroying there property after that happened I immediately contacted Merchants and end up getting a unconcerned response. I was devastated, terrified of what had happened not only could I have been killed but I also could have others! Thank you Jesus no other party was involved however my car was damaged in the process and feel the need to be compensated. After contacting merchants I contacted my mechanic he took a look and noticed that my brakes had been tampered with. Three weeks prior to this incident I had just replaced my back brakes so if there was anything wrong with my brakes then my mechanic would have informed me and they would have went out way before now.Is mind boggling to me as an honest and spiritual woman that I would be taken advantage of like that justice needed to be served!!Desired Settlement: I need to be compensated for any damages occurred during this accident, I damaged my car as well as damage to a residents property, not only do I need to be compensated for damages but for any legal fees I have incurred

Review: On 3/16/2013, my husband and I took our son car to Merchant Tire and Auto Centers to inquire about a tune-up, alignment and brakes before driving back to college. I was quoted $333.71. I said ok go ahead and do the repairs if they were truly needed. While we were out I received a phone call from Mr. Justin Marler stating that the car also needed its fuel system cleaner and a air filter done. I asked "or you sure"? He replied yes. We have a warranty on the car so I asked if he could check the timing belt aswell because we were told to have the timing belt checked because of the milage. When we returned to Merchant Tire to check on the car, [redacted], stated to Mr. Justin Marler, to keep all the parts of everything that they work on or replaced! That is when Mr. Justin Marler, stated that they checked and the timing belt was in need of being replaced. We stated since it is under warranty then go ahead. Mr. Justin Marler, then said he wasnt sure if the warranty covered that. I gave him the warranty and he attempted to call. He stated that the person he spoke with said it wasnt covered. I then called and spoke with someone and they said that they only way it was covered was if the timing belt actually broke and the car had to be towed in. At that point Mr. Justin Marler, said that the timing belt needed to be replaced because the belt was badly carcked and it could break down with our son. Well, at this point he had be very worried and concerned! I then asked what would it cost us to have everything done? Mr. Justin Marler, stated $890.00 and we replied no that is too much! We were not looking to spend that kind of money! Mr. Justin Marler, then said very, very low (I'm sure because he didnt want anyone to hear him) "if you are going to pay out of your pocket then I will do it all for $650.00 and we waited for a minute and pondered on the cost and then we told Mr. Justin Marler, ok because we wanted to make sure our son would be safe!!! We came back and waited outside. While waiting they pulled thDesired Settlement: We are requesting our full $1279.04 that Merchant Tire charged us because it is in question that the work they claim they did wasnt done because we took the timing belt to other car shops and ALL of them said the timing belt that was on our son car was fine and did not need to be replaced!!! Also they said they changed the air filter , however, the air filter had just been changed in September 2012. Also, the parts my husband asked them to keep they said they forgot and supposly threw them awa.W

Review: I was told by the salesman that I would be charged 89.00 for a diagnostic and the bill showed 95.00. I was then told that the total would be $1,111.00 and some cents. I was told by the salesman that he would give me a $30 discount and would fix the rear tail light for free. I did not see that he fixed the tail light that was busted and I feel like they charges me too much for the labor because I do not know about mechanics. I took it in the early morning and did not get a call until 5pm after I had called them to check on the car. After driving away on the hwy... the car was shaking and the steering wheel was shaking terribly. It shows on the statement that the car was aligned and it did not feel like it was. I called and they said to take it back in and I will take it back in later today since I only have this car that I rely on as my only source of transportation.Desired Settlement: I would like to know if they can charge me the correct amount because I feel that It was too much and to please fix the car from not shaking like they said.
