Mesa Bathtubs sent a tech to evaluate my bathtubs and kitchen sink. The tech was very professional and polite. He inspected my tubs and sink and informed me that they did not need to be refurbished. The tech provided information on products I can use to get my tubs and sink the way I want them. I was impressed with his honesty, I highly recommend him to anyone who needs their tubs and/or sinks refurbished

I am very pleased with the work that Chris performed. From what I saw of his work and the finished job he did an outstanding job. He has very high work ethics, is very informative of the work to be completed, constantly updated me on progress, took care to keep the work area clean and cleaned up at the end. The experience with Mesa Bathtubs was nothing short of fantastic. I contacted them from California to arrange work in Mesa, AZ for a tub/shower combo and shower/surround after days of researching contractors and their reviews. They met at the home, assessed the surfaces, made recommendations, took time to answer all questions, explain the process and time involved, and scheduled the dates for work. While there Chris noticed a tree fell in the back yard and onto part of the two fences and roof so that we could contact the neighbor for repairs. He could have left without telling us, but it was apparent that was not Chris. When we had to reschedule because of plumbing issues, Terri offered someone to contact, he was as honest and reliable as both Chris and Terri, something rare in this world today. They did an amazing job, initially working with someone out of state to schedule, taking the time to explain the process, and ultimately delivering a fabulous product. It is evident that Chris and Terri take pride in their work, they are meticulous about the finished product, answer their phone, text, and e-mails promptly. Such a wonderful experience and absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of resurfacing tub, surround, or showers.

I recently purchased a home that was basically move in ready, but the guest bathtub was in sorry shape. When the technician from Mesa Bathtubs started working on the tub, he discovered that, beneath the surface, the tub was even more damaged than it initially appeared. Even though the technician had to come back twice after the initial work to ensure the tub was done right, Mesa Bathtubs didn't charge more for the extra work. "A quote is a quote," the technician said. At first, I was disappointed the tub didn't look pristine after the initial treatment, but Mesa Bathtubs went above and beyond to ensure that it ended up looking great in the end. What's more, the technician was very professional and just an all-around nice person. I highly recommend this business, and leaving reviews is not something I typically do.
