This would only be resolved if I was to get what I paid forI never received their letter and don't care! They are trying to FORCE me into buying more of their paper! I JUST WANT SUNDAY! That is what I paid for! Now I can't get it? They go past my house, keep the Saturday edition and just deliver the Sunday one! With the "new" way I am forced to either buy Tuesday through Sunday or Saturday and SundayI guess my options are to not get their paper and sign up with the competitor who is willing to deliver just SundayMaybe declining subscriptions is the reason they are forcing people to buy more of their papers! They lost my businessCaveat Emptor!
Dear *This email was forwarded to me by my publisher. This customer was on a program we refer to as EZ Pay. Which means that their credit card or checking account is automatically charged monthly the fee for the product which in the case is the Daily Messenger. This would not
automatically cancel unless the customer were to call to actually cancel the subscription. The charge would show up on their statement monthly. When the customer contacted us and told us that they were not receiving the paper we questioned the delivery drivers since during the time she said she had not been receiving the paper the route had changed hands from one carrier to another. The first carrier confirmed that she had been delivering to the correct address, the second carrier confirmed that he had been delivering it to the house next door by mistake. Josh our district manager told the customer that we would put the credit back on her account for the length of time the new carrier took over and admittedly delivered to the wrong address and continue to paper delivery to her correct address. She received the paper to her correct address from 1/7/to 2/23/when she called Amy with in that time requesting that she did not want to continue receiving the paper and wanted the funds for the missed papers put back on her credit card. The length of time the carrier who was delivering the paper to the wrong address was months so that is what we refunded her back on her credit card months worth which was a total of $37.80. Amy called her on 2/23/and left her a voice message that were where putting the funds back on her credit card. We have not heard back from her in regards to the voice message, but the credit did go back on her credit card. Regards, *Circulation Manager

them of the product change and cost involved on May 1, 2015 and we also printed an article about the product change and published it on the front cover of our Sunday April 19th edition. I am also sending a copy of the letter which was mailed to each of our Sunday only subscriber along with this correspondence.
