Revdex.com,I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This is absolutely not a correct or satisfying response from said business. We had 80 guests TOTAL at our wedding, many of whom were required to pay for their own meals. Even if they had charged us fairly for these guests, it would still not make the fact that they yelled and swore at guests, THREW GUACAMOLE on my maid of honor and called me names for even insinuating that they overcharged us, an okay way to act or treat anyone. We would like an accurate refund reflecting the abuse and an honest apology.  The fact that they deleted their snarky response from their page shows that they are in fact guilty. We have MANY guests willing to step forward and discuss Grille 406's disgusting display of attitude and abuse. No, I'm sorry, but we are NOT satisfied.  Far from it.  What we're asking is not too much. I'm sure their lawyer has informed them of the same thing ours did when we contacted him.  In a court of law, they don't have a leg o stand on! Regards,[redacted]

were told that they were expecting 75-90 people (see attached email). We told her that was fine we have to adjust the bill accordingly and they agreed. The day of the event we ended up serving 160+ meals (which are all documented in attached forms that are not editable through our pas system). We left a tip jar for guests and $8 cash was graciously given. We also asked 6 guests who came back for seconds if they could pay for their meal out of respect for the bride and groom. I never swore at anyone, I have not even sworn in almost a decade! I did not throw guacamole at anyone. They day of the event we went over the bill with the groom, [redacted] and we gladly wrote us a check. Said he didn't want a receipt and wanted to know how to leave positive reviews. After many late night offensive texts and exaggerations we gladly refunded $627.16 of the original $2,346.16 (see attached bank verification). One month later we are awakened by the alarming event of slander and defamation online including here. We have contacted a lawyer and are moving forward with legal action.
