I bought two curtain rods, One straight and one with a degree curveWe had a number of emails going back and forth to get the right productI was going with wire system to start with but changed to the belt system, this was very important to use with degree bendi read and follow the instructions for any product I buyThere instruction need to be worked onAfter reading and setting everything up on the floor, it workedThe only problem I had was with the Degree bend, I ended up having to chase the bend.( opening up the space for the track runners to run.)If you are not a handy person get helpI am very pleased with the end reasult and so is my Wife

James promptly remitted my order to production, and after approving their specifications, I received the shade within about a week. I was very pleased by the fact that my husband and I were able to install the large shade (spanning about 10 feet) by ourselves. I had a few questions about the motor and remote control, and James was available each time to answer my questions via phone and email. Now that we have the shade up in our kitchen, we are very pleased with both the look and function of the shade. We will definitely be buying more roller shades from METechs.
