Metric Subaru

Review: In September of 2012 I test-drove a Subaru WRX at Metric Subaru. I was not sure what I wanted to do, and [redacted], [redacted], suggested I leave a $250 deposit, stating that it was completely refundable. The next day, I e-mailed him at the address on his card, and stated that I was not sure, and he should not hold the car for me, and that I would be in touch. In October of that year, I experienced a medical condition that required hospitalization, and then Sandy hit. In early December, noticing that the deposit had not been refunded, I wrote again to him making clear that I wanted a refund. In March I called ans spoke with him, and he said he would handle it. But I checked again earlier this month and found that no such credit had been issued to my card. I have left two phone messages in the last 10 days, neither of which has been returned.

I original thought this was all just an oversight, but I am beginning to wonder whether this is not something more serious.

I would like the $250 refunded immediately.Desired Settlement: I would like the money refunded, and notification when it takes place.
