Review: I bought a 'stainless steel' sink from them only to have it rust within two weeks.When I tried to return it, they claimed they had never seen anything like it and refused to give me back my money. They told me there was a two week return policy that is posted on a sheet of paper tucked between two cabinets, and they never mentioned it when I bought the sink.DO NOT do business with these people. They will sell you cheap products that don't last!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the rusting sink and plastic drain they gave me.Sink: $85.85Strainer: $10.10plus tax

I am so surprised that this customer is saying that the sink got rusted in two weeks. They purchased the sink on April [redacted] 2013 and the problem that they are complaining about occurred on May [redacted], 2013.that is not true.

In fact the customer and her husband bring the sink to our store on Thursday, August ** 2013 and told us it's rusted, They wanted a refund. They have used the sink and it has gotten very dirty. And also, it did not get rusted at all.

We have a two week returning policy. I don't understand Why they do not complaining problem or return it on May *. 2013? I think it's not fair that I

should give her refund when she came in 4 months after using the sink.

I am so sorry to received your letter regarding about the reasonable woman. She was lying to you and us. First of all. We never sold products to our customers. The sink that she bough was good no rust at all.

It was dirty, I told her it could be removed when she came into our store. 4 months after she bought this sink. Also I showed her the return policy which is over the return date.

I can't accept any return for such unreasonable woman.
