Where to I begin.... this agency is shady at the least. The real estate sales associate, [redacted] wife of the principal manager/owner and somehow I am sure related to the Broker (of record) was involved in a recent sale of my Lake Worth condo as the buyer's agent. I was tortured by her from day 1 - as was my listing agent. So many ethical breaches - from lying about the buyer's identity which changed 3 times from offer to contract, to refusing to respond to emails, texts, phone messages to my realtor asking for status on signed contracts and then on paying/funding the down payment in escrow. Further lies and delays as to her client applying to the condo board all the way through closing when she showed up at the title company at 5pm with no funds wired or cash to close; changing the terms of the contract to obtain a mortgage - then stating every day for 13 days that the funds would be wired the next day..then the next... then 13 days later, finally funding. This was a deal from [redacted] and I am sure that the purchase was for her benefit. She operated in an unprofessional, unethical and shrewd manner with no regard for the real estate law or process. Beware of her and her "so called" agency.
