The *** was electronically filed to IRS on 3-31-and accepted by the IRS on 3-31- I have that electronically filed and accepted notice form the IRSI not sure why she making this up this flat out lie. She requested the *** be filed while they waited on their approved *** to
which it was As far as the IRS denied *** (application for exemption form self-employment tax) form, she told me it was something to do with her filing the *** late The *** is a request each pastor/minister must submit to the IRS. I do not fill out, file nor have any control of it being denied or approved: The fact that Mrs*** is claiming the IRS denied the *** now because of the *** is clearly just another lie In her statement using “late” I know she trying to implicate; I filed *** late which it was not trueClearly it was something they did late with their ***-form requested to IRS. Again, nothing I have control over how or when they did anything with the ***. She did call last week once she got the denied *** asking me to fix the denied ***. I told her she would have to contact IRS to find out what they needed to do to get an approved *** or how to correct whatever it was she did when requesting the ***. And yet she called a few more time asking me to fix the denied ***So, I am guessing she is really upset with her own failure to do whatever the IRS required of them and I the easy target to blame instead taking ownershipI have completed all the work on 3/requested and filed the *** as requested. We were only waiting to hit send; until they got the approved ***The fact it was denied doesn’t change anythingSo, there will be no refund just because the IRS denied the *** form she filled out and filed with the IRS. This just means they don’t get to remove self- employment tax because of their *** requests was deniedI however find priceless that she could not ask for a refund personally or via phone and or email which just again shows me she is trying to blame me for her failures and for anything I have really done I wish her the best and if she wants me to file the as it stands without the *** I have no problem doing that. They just will need respond here on the Revdex.com and to both sign the *** for me

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:As I stated before, my biggest problem with [redacted] is that she disappeared, and now is lying about returning my calls. I called and left a message 4 times in 5 days last week, and she did not return my call (this also happened during tax time). I did not call to blame her about the result of [redacted] or to ask her to "fix" it-- I was seeking her help to understand what had happened. I am not an expert in tax related matters- that's why we hired her. I needed help understanding verbage on the forms, and getting to the bottom of what may have happened. As of right now, when I view our tax transcript online, I'm getting a "Verification of Non-Filing" notice. I assumed when I saw this notice that it would indicate that [redacted] was filed if it had been. Other than that transcript, I had no way of confirming or denying that [redacted] filed [redacted] for us-- I had no documents, no communication, no emails from her or anyone to indicate that [redacted] was filed. I finally was able to reach a live person at the IRS today, and they were able to confirm that [redacted] DID file [redacted] for us on April 3rd, 2017. We know that the timing of sending in [redacted] was not specifically [redacted]'s responsibility-- we were simply confused as to why we were denied [redacted] for being late, when we had it postmarked on 4/17. It has a stamp on the application that it was received on 4/20. The directions on the application say to file "by the due date, including extensions, of your tax return...". Trying to piece together what happened (including the tax transcript record of non-filing), it seemed as though the extension had not been filed, because if it had (according to our understanding), our app should not have been considered "late", even if it were postmarked on April 20th. I'm trying to get more clarity on this from the IRS. It does seem clear now that the denial had nothing to do with [redacted]'s work. However, my major complaint was NOT about this- it was that she would not return my phone calls. Many of these questions could have EASILY been answered in a simple conversation if [redacted] had called me back or answered her phone one of the many times I had tried to contact her.
Regards,
[redacted]
