On 1-6-17, we at Blind Speed / Sparkle Blinds received a Roman shade for repair from *** ***, and we gave him an estimate of $for restringing. After assessing it closer, we realized it did not need a restring, but a complete replacement of the lifting system. *** *** was
advised of this and of the proper price change of $150. On 1-18-17, when *** *** called to check status, he insisted that we had previously only charge him $for a lift system replacement approximately year ago. I advised him that he had received a great deal due to our pricing error, but this time he would be charged properly. He was very upset and said he would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. On 1-20-17, we had a very serious flood due to excessive rainfall and had to prioritize our time on getting our business cleaned up and running again. This was what caused the delay in our response to the Revdex.com. On 1-21-17, *** *** came in to pick up her shade, but we were not open due to us working on cleaning up our after being hit by the flood. As a courtesy, we would wash *** shade at no charge, due to the fact that we kicked up a lot of dust while we were working on cleaning up. On 1-25-17, *** *** came in again to pick up her shade, but was advised it was not yet dry after a free cleaning. She was very upset. On 1-27-17, *** *** called and spoke with ***. He was very upset and demanded to speak to her "stupid boss". I, ***, then spoke with *** *** and explained everything all over again. *** *** came in later the same day to see the shade. She took her cleaned shade and put it on the floor to take pictures. Before leaving, she said she would take us to court. Because she did not want to take the shade, our staff could have perceived that action as abandonment, and it potentially could have been thrown away. On 1-31-17, *** *** came in to pick up the shade and we advised him that we weren't sure we still had it since his wife had put it on the floor and then chose to leave without it. Fortunately, it was not thrown out and we were able to locate it. I visually showed him what was needed to be replaced. He asked if we would do the work for $100.00. I agreed. On 2-3-17, *** *** was called and notified that his cleaned and repaired shade was ready for pick up. He came and picked it up the same day.Sincerely,*** *** ***

They called back once and left a voice mail to call them. I called them at least 5 times since before I resorted to complaining to Revdex.com.They never picked up and never called me back.they charge a steep fee for 20 minutes effort and they don't stand behind their work. Very disappointing.

Our tech only reprogrammed these roller shades and left them working properly on 5-24-16. We, here at Blind Speed / Sparkle Blinds, have never warrantied reprogramming of motorized blinds, because no repair or parts are replaced or exchanged. There is no way to tell what, or whom, is...
deprogramming them. According to our notes, we received a call on 7-21-16 and 7-23-16, stating that they were no longer working. We did return both of those calls leaving messages the same day for the customer's first message, and on the next day for the second message, both times stating that there was no warranty for reprogramming, as well as why.
