to include a partial refund for the unfinished work and work done inadequately. We are asking for a refund of $500. 1. He said he would use a trencher to cut my yard evenly and at a depth of 6". He did not use a trencher and left my yard uneven and only buried the sprinkler line a depth of 1-2" in several areas. We are now unable to have the yard aerated without risking damage to the sprinkler line. 2. He used mismatched sprinkler heads in my front yard which is causing dry spots. We asked him to fix this and he agreed. This has not been fixed. 3. The contract clearly states he provides a fall drain out and a spring turn on. We will now have to pay someone else for those services.  Please let me know if you require any further information from me. Thanks!
