RE: ID: [redacted] In response to the letter you sent me, please find enclosed a copy of the original invoiceThe job was completed 9/26/It is clearly stated on my invoice at the top under "all makes and models" that tnewarranty period is: parts and labor daysI was contacted by the complainant on Jan 22, that he was having a problem with the dryer in questionThat's days short of daysHe is trying to massage his way into a free repair after almost months, not the months as he dishonestly stated.The reason he is having a problem is that his tenant overloads the dryer and his venting is inadequate and needed to be addressedThese two issues dry out the bearings that are on the drum supportwheels and the idler pulleyFurthermore at the time of the first phone call he called another company that quoted him over $for the repairHe said he felt that the company he contacted seemed too expensiveI told him that he could get the parts on line and save himself some money and I would install the $So much for being mrnice guyHe should be filing against that company not me.I did tell him I didn't want him as a clientOut of the over ten thousand clients I've serviced; this person is at the apex of being the absolute worst l've ever encounteredGetting paid was like pulling teeth, I have empathy for any other business that has to be his next victim.If my response seems a little harsh it because you really don't know how much grief this person has putme throughI was almost at the point of filing a restraining orderI may seek punitive legal action if he doesn't stop harassing me.If you need any more documentation or any other information please feel free to contact me[redacted] Michel's AppliancePO Box 6425Oceanside, CA 92052760-433-

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This individual is extremely rude to his customers, does not stand behind his work, and even sends other companies to customers when he is overbooked.Regarding comment of "getting paid was like pulling teeth"The payment was made on the same day as the invoice was receivedWhy would anyone pay for something before receiving an invoice? This person is so unprofessional and lazy he does not send invoices, yet expects payments to magically arrive.Additionally, *** *** sends customers to other companies without their knowledge or consentI had another company show up for a diagnostic visit that I had never spoken with in my life, because MrVanags was too busy so he offloaded the work to someone else without any communication to me (owner) or the tenant. His comments regarding overloaded dryer and improper venting were never communicatedAgain, unprofessional to observe a problem and not mention it to the customer
